FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens on the day?

On the day we ensure we have plenty of time for our visit so that you and your pet feel comfortable with us visiting and we spend a few minutes making a fuss of them. We give a small sedative injection into a muscle which takes around 5 to 10 minutes to make your pet fall into a deep sleep and then give a painless injection of anaesthetic which your pet won't wake up from. You are very welcome to hold your pets and talk to them the entire time and afterwards we give you as much time as you need to say a final goodbye. If you want us to take your pet back with us we are happy to do so and treat them as we would our own.

Do you offer cremation?

Yes if you wish we can take your pet away with us and arrange either communal or individual cremation (where you receive the ashes back)

Prices for individual cremation vary depending on which casket you choose. Please ask when booking your appointment for more information
